Barbara Grant /Conservation Committee
Barbara was raised in the northwest, and in 2003, after 20 years of family transfers for the US Coast Guard, she returned to Oregon for good.
Currently employed by a local conservation district, Barbara uses her background in environmental science, water quality, and natural resources planning, while helping Coos and Curry county ranchers to combine resource protection with good business practices.
After work, Barbara enjoys her family — including a passel of former shelter dogs — and exploring the outdoors around her Bandon home.
