Maggie Graham

Maggie joined the Wild Rivers Land Trust as Conservation Manager in July of 2025. Maggie is passionate about land stewardship and addressing the ecological challenges faced by rural and underserved communities.
Prior to joining the Land Trust, Maggie worked as a plant and pollinator ecologist. She has also worked as a wetland scientist, researcher, and program manager. Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, and an M.S.from Oregon State University.
Maggie grew up in a small town in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, surrounded by wild and working lands. She first fell in love with the South Coast while working as a tidepool naturalist in Charleston, OR and has split her time between Virginia and the Northwest ever since.
When she’s not working, Maggie enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time in the ocean and wild rivers of the south coast.
